On this early autumn, join us to make one of the best-known Japanese dishes : the Sushi Rolls. It's a dish that consist at combined Sushi rice with other ingredients such as seafood and vegetables.

Food Chain Explained

Food Chain is an ongoing series of workshops connecting folk and food. Each month we invite a local to share with us a simple, traditional recipe from near and far, we all cook the dish and then enjoy it together after! 

They happen on the last Monday of each month from 6pm. Booking essential £5 per head.
