Join us to make Käsespätzle, a traditional dish in Switzerland and parts of Austria and Germany, consisting of hand made noodles and cheese.
Food Chain Explained
Food Chain is an ongoing series of workshops connecting folk and food. Each month we invite a local to share with us a simple, traditional recipe from near and far, we all cook the dish and then enjoy it together after!
They happen on the last Monday of each month from 6pm. Booking essential £5 per head.
