In July 2019, Town is the Garden visited the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy to give a two-day course. Their two-day course was titled 'Performance, Culture and Nutrition', and given as part of the university's Masters course in 'Gastronomy: Creativity, Ecology and Education'. On Friday, Caroline will introduce the Slow Food movement, give an overview of the University's innovative principles and an outline of the course!
