Thurs 14 July, 7 - 8.30pm, Stewarts Hall, Huntly
Thinking about a sustainable future for Huntly
As the oil economy of the north east is in crisis and with rural towns suffering the loss of local shops and businesses, how can we respond? What new approaches can we find to transform our town centre in Huntly?
Our research so far showed that two themes are a priority for Huntly people: addressing the food culture and visual improvements to the square and neighbouring streets.
What do you want for Huntly and what does Huntly need? What other models are there out there? What other ideas can help us transform our town? An evening where you can have your say!
