Huntly Outdoor Summer School

16 - 18 July, daily 10 am to 3.45pm, Huntly Nordic and Outdoor Centre

A three day outdoor summer school for children age 12 and above.

The Walking Institute of Deveron Arts in collaboration with the Huntly Nordic Ski Center have organized a Summer School open to children 12 and above.

The Summer School will be held at the Huntly Nordic and Outdoor Center over the course of three days, from 10 am to 3.45pm daily. All activities are outdoors and will range from roller skiing to cycling, rock climbing, tubing, drawing, Bodyzorb balls, poetry, orienteering and plant collecting.

The children are required to have a reasonable fitness level, and they will have to provide their own packed lunch.

Cost is £35.00 per person, families £30.00 per child.

The Walking Institute sees the Summer School not only as a way for children to engage in fun activities, but also as an opportunity to make new friends and learn more about the outdoors.
