Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Standard delivery items are usually dispatched within 4 business days after the order has been placed. We aim to deliver orders within 5-7 business days. 

All deliveries are dispatched using either Royal Mail or tracked courier. All tracking information will be sent via email. Standard UK shipping is free for orders over £20. 

We can ship internationally. We use Royal Mail International Tracked to ship all international orders. Please note that international customers may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority. We don’t have control over these fees and can’t predict their cost. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Collection

If you would like to order online and collect in person, please select the Collection option at checkout. This is free. You will receive an email to let you know when your order is ready to collect, usually in 2-4 business days. 

Your items can be collected from the Deveron Projects office during office opening hours: Mon – Fri, 9:30am-5pm.

Pick up orders will be held for 30 days. If you are unable to collect your item in this time period, please contact us at info@deveron-projects.com or by phone at 01466 794494. If we have not been contacted within the collection period, we will issue a refund and consider your purchase cancelled.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we can issue a refund within 28 days of receipt. Please notify us prior to returning your item so we know to expect it.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange items must be unused and in their original condition. All refunds will be reimbursed via your original payment method. 

For returns (within 28 days), packaging and postage costs are non-refundable. For order cancellation (within 14 days), refunds will include delivery charges, but will not include the cost of returning goods to us.  You are responsible for return packaging and postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Faulty goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
