Alternative Film Club Returns
Join us for the return of Film Club, a weekly screening of experimental artist-made films hosted by artist Bojan Fajfrić that originally ran from June to August. Taking place at Number 30, this event marks the return of Bojan to Huntly and the conclusion of his residency with Deveron Projects. Bojan will be presenting an early edit of a video work filmed and produced on residency, investigating the legacy of the former Huntly Museum and memories of the collection items it once displayed. The film follows his research into these objects and others, and their lives within Aberdeenshire Council’s significant collections. Interweaving the objects and their stories, with the collection infrastructure and filmic references, the screening will be followed by a discussion with Bojan about his process for making the work. This is a special opportunity to join us for a preview of this new work and hear about the ideas behind it.
