Lunchtime Talk: Shelley Sacks

UK based artist and Oxford Brookes University professor, Shelley Sacks, will be visiting Huntly to talk about her long-term social sculpture project: The University of the Trees. The University of the Trees is a participatory framework, both online and on the ground, for learning experientially from the natural world. In 1974, Sacks studied in Germany with Joseph Beuys, and has since worked extensively with ideas related to social sculpture, art and activism, ecology and justice and the role of imagination in social transformations, among many others.

Join us for her talk, as well as good conversation and food.

All welcome. Cost £1.50
