Haworth Hodgkinson will talk about his use of field recordings of environmental sounds, both natural and human, as source material for his music and sound art, with particular reference to "Drostan's Calendar", a piece that uses recordings of the sea on the Aberdeenshire coast, and which Intuitive Music Aberdeen will perform at Leith Hall on Saturday 12 October.
