Our Programme Coordinator Misa stepped up to the plate for this month's cookery workshop, sharing a take on the classic Polish dish bigos (hunter's stew). Featuring winter vegetables, plums, sauerkraut and smoked tofu in a rich and hearty stew, we mopped it up with plenty of rye bread. Ideal for veggies, vegans and anyone needing a winter warmer recipe!
