Food Chain: Middle Eastern Meals

Food Chain is a series of monthly workshops connecting folk and food.

Through two workshops in March and April, keen chef Bahaa Mahmoud will share his skills in Middle Eastern cooking. For the first installment Bahaa plans to make baba ghanoush, houmous and falafel. Bahaa will take us through the details of these dishes, talking about both the origins and the contemporary popularity. There will also be a chance to sit down and eat together.
