Food Chain is a series of monthly workshops connecting folk and food.

Michela runs 'Pasta Mia', homemade Italian food. Using locally sourced ingredients, she tours Aberdeenshire's Farmers Markets with her fresh flavoured pasta and a selection of sauces such as Ragù, Amatriciana, Pesto, Roasted peppers and Tomato salsa. During the session we learnt more about the history and practice of pasta making and sample some homemade dishes.
