Food Chain: Polish Barszcz & Pierogi
It's the season the beetroot, so let's learn how to use it! Our artist in residence, Ela Orleans, joins our kitchen to teach us how to make her family recipe for barszcz (beetroot soup), pierogi (cabbage parcel dumplings) with kompot (a fruit drink). If you fancy expanding your food knowledge, or just trying something new, please come along to our cookalong!
