Join us to make Mliečna zemiaková polievka s kôprom a Drapákya - a traditional Slovakian soup of potato, dill and milk, with bacon and garlic pancakes.

Food Chain Explained
Food Chain is an ongoing series of workshops connecting folk and food, celebrating the rich diversity of ethnic-culinary backgrounds in our community. Each month we invite a local to share with us a simple, traditional recipe from near and far; we all cook the dish and then sit down to enjoy it together!

They happen on the last Monday of each month from 6pm. Booking essential £5 per head.
