Food Chain: Stollen

Food Chain is a series of monthly workshops connecting folk and food.

Come along to our final Food Chain workshop of the year with Gertraud Zeiske at Claudia's home. Gertraud lives in Unterpfaffenhofen, near Munich and will be demonstrating a classic German favourite, stollen. Stollen is traditionally eaten during the Christmas season, and is usually a bread made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts and spices
