Food Chain: Traditional Jewish Latkes and Mohini’s Lime Zesters
Tune in for another digital cookery workshop. This time Mohini Frankel-Hutton will share her pride in her Jewish heritage by making Latkes and her own Lime Zesters. Latkes are a Jewish dish which originates from Eastern Europe and are traditionally made during Hannukah (The Festival of Light), a festive event whose date is determined by the lunar calendar. She will also discuss cooking, healing and using fresh vital foods as medicine for the body. To learn more about her cooking philosophy, please visit Mohini's website here.
