Mariia and Julia will lead our next Food Chain community cookery workshop, to share the recipe for Vinaigrette, a warm Ukrainian root vegetable salad with beetroot.
 Come along and learn the simple steps involved in making this comforting and homely dish, traditionally made from root vegetables, fermented vegetables and Ukrainian sunflower oil. Julia and Mariia will lead us all through cooking the recipe, and once ready, we will sit and eat it together.

This is a family friendly event and children are very welcome to participate.
This recipe is vegan and gluten free.
Food Chain is free to attend, but you are welcome to make a donation of up to £5 to cover the cost of ingredients.
