Food Chain: Vegetable Risotto
Food Chain is a monthly community-led cookery workshop, celebrating the diversity of cultures and cooking within our local communities. It's an informal, fun and friendly event, in which a member of our local community in Huntly, shares a recipe that means something to them and reminds them of 'home'.
For this month’s Food Chain, local resident Thom Nunns will be sharing his recipe for vegetable risotto. This is Thom’s go-to dish at home because it’s always delicious and easy to cook with simple ingredients. Together we will make different versions using a variety of veggies, showing how you can adapt the recipe to what you have to hand. Once we have finished cooking we will sit and enjoy eating together.
