This week we were joined by The Artisan Grower as a special Hairst Friday Lunch. Working from a farm in Aberdeenshire, Robert and Michelle Sullivan of The Artisan Grower use hand tools, simple technologies and systems to grow delicious seasonal vegetable produce. We found out about their story and watched a demonstration of making plant-based hot nacho style cheese sauce as we celebrated Huntly's Hairst festival!
