Bryan Morrison and Steven Hutcheon run torriSOULe, a Huntly-based apple cider and juice company. torriSOULe uses excess apples to make their juices and ciders, feeding profits back into AB54 postcode communities, supporting other growing projects, and partnering with other AB54 groups. Bryan and Steven will join us for lunch to tell us about their venture, the processes, and equipment they use, and to give us a taste of the products they make. It'll also be an opportunity for you to bring along your surplus apples to donate to torriSOULe!
