Christine Steiner runs TOADS (Tine's Outdoor Adventure Day Service) based in Huntly. For Friday Lunch, Christine gave us a little insight into the benefits and importance children gain during her outdoor sessions. She chatted about how the benefits of playing outdoors can outweigh the risks and how these outdoor sessions can influence a child's life in a positive way into adulthood. A lot of us had a chance to remind ourselves a time where we have been out in the wild with wonderful memories and learnt coping mechanisms for dealing with our environment.
