Megan is a Somatic Movement and Creativity Facilitator based in Moray. With a background in Education, and a lifelong passion for dance, music and all things creative, she loves to hold playful and safe spaces where people can feel welcomed to authentically express themselves, just as they are. Megan facilitates Expressive Movement classes as well as creative art workshops and 1-1 sessions, and will be holding a monthly Expressive Movement session at the Square Deal, Huntly, beginning on 18th July. Expressive Movement is a form of free, spontaneous dance with no set moves. Megan sees the dance floor as a space to explore who we are in life. Through movement we can engage our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves - for health on all levels.Lunch: pea & mint soup, summer berry cake
