James Yoxall  gave us insights about Reko Ring, a concept that originates from Scandinavia and sets a model for selling and buying local food by matching producers and consumers through closed Facebook rings. Hereby, James shared his process of setting up a Reko Ring in Huntly that will not only support local farmers/producers and the accessibility of organic food to the local community, it will also improve Huntly’s carbon footprint.
