Friday Lunch: Josephine Heger

Josephine Heger lives in Huntly and is engaged in PhD research, examining the immense challenges for many families in Scotland created by the cost of living crisis - especially in the way this has widened existing inequalities in the access to healthy and adequate food in rural areas of Scotland. She will share some findings of the ‘Family Food Realities’ research project with parents across Aberdeenshire, providing a glimpse into the strategies and experiences of feeding a family in challenging times.Lunch: spiced squash soup, cheese scones
