Lynn Rutter has worked internationally in more than 40 countries. Her recent experience with Oxfam includes working with the Tsunami response in Aceh, Indonesia; with the refugee camps in North Sudan and Jordan, and war impacted locations such as Afghanistan and the Middle East. She will talk to us about her experiences, giving insight into the current state of aid in the UK.
