Mandy Shu runs the Huntly Chinese Culture Group which promotes cultural exchange, learning and celebration of both Chinese and Scottish cultures. She joined us for lunch to talk about her journey around the world, the importance of learning from each other and her art work, including painting and scarf dyeing.
