MCR Pathways is a national, award-winning mentoring programme. Their vision is for all young people to experience equality of education outcomes, career opportunities and life chances. Gavin will talk about the programme that matches young people with a fully-trained volunteer mentor, including here in Huntly. He will explain how it works, including how it helps young people to build confidence, broaden aspirations and explore their future pathways, while offering benefits to the volunteer mentors too.
