Since 1919 the Moray Beekeepers Association (MBA) has been bringing together people with an interest in honeybees and beekeeping, offering support, information, training and the fun of simply hanging out with a great bunch of people who just love bees.
Jennifer Bressers-Stewart is one of these people who loves bees. Coming from a family of generations of beekeepers in Speyside, she is a Biologist and a Chemist, and was a Research and Quality Scientist in another local traditional industry - whisky distilling. She'll share her knowledge about honeybees and both the humorous and the serious work of the Moray Beekeeper’s Association. Her bees keep her on her toes; “there is always something new and interesting to learn, they slow us down, help us notice nature, the seasons, our place in this world, all with a little sweetness,”.Lunch: oven baked ratatouille, crusty bread, salad
