Friday Lunch: Rosie Leagas
Rosie Leagas, who runs Wantonwells Farm in Insch, joined us to talk about mushroom foraging and preserving. She shared tips for seasonal mushroom hunting, recipes, how mushrooms grow and how to pick. Rosie also made a delicious lunch of foraged mushroom soup and brought along a jar of preserved Boletes mushrooms!
