Home Programme: Farmers' Market
About our Farmers' Market stall
On the first Saturday of every month, Huntly Square is filled with local producers and organisations for our town's Farmers' Market, including a stall from us! Swing by for activities that are there to ask questions and get people talking about goings on local to global, always alongside tea. You can find out about the other stalls at the market, including honey, cheese, bread and fish, at the Huntly Farmers' Market Facebook page. Sunday 15th December, 10am-1pm, Square Deal
Drop in to Square Deal for some free, festive and family-friendly crafting during the Huntly Christmas Market.
We're getting ready for Christmas by teaming up with the brilliant Huntly Remakery to make easy DIY decorations, gift tags and wrapping - all from repurposed scrap fabric that would otherwise head to landfill. From pompoms to creative wrapping techniques, there'll be lots of fun ideas to try your hand at, and plenty of herbal tea to keep you warm as you wait for Santa!Location and organisersThe Farmer's Market takes place outdoors in Huntly Square. We don't organise the Huntly Farmers' Market, so if you're keen to know about the wider running of the market, give them a message on Facebook! Home ProgrammeThis event is part of the Home Programme, a series of regular community events taking place at Deveron Projects programmed by our Programme Coordinator. The Home Programme celebrates local knowledge and experience, and explores what it's like to live and work in and around Huntly. It includes Friday Lunch, as well as the monthly Food Chain cookery workshop, and a stall at the Huntly Farmers' Market. If you'd like to contribute to the Home Programme, or know someone who you'd love to hear from, fill out the form below with their name(s) and what they do! Form link also available here.
