July's Farmer's Market took a deep dive into the process of making 'soil clocks' to track changing bacteria, as we asked 'What lives in the soil?'. Part of Margherita Soldati's project Good Gut!, visitors got to make their own soil clock and observe and smell examples from gardens and fields around Huntly.
