Lunchtime Talk: Sheik Rana
All welcome for lunch and discussion. Cost: £2
Join us for Friday Lunch where Sheik Rana will share the journey of his songwriting in Bangla- the native language of the people in Bangladesh and West Bengal, India.
In his earlier career, he was intrigued by nature; rain, trees, clouds and skies recure frequently in his songs. Currently he is writing about the ups and downs of urban life, crises, emotions of urban people and their urge to take refuge in nature. Come along to here his stories and some of his songs.
