Jim Crumley is a nature writer and a campaigning journalist on behalf of wildlife and wild landscape. He has published 25 books, mostly about the natural world, and he has been called "the best nature writer working in Britain today". His columns appear weekly in The Courier and monthly in The Scots Magazine. He is also a widely published poet.
