We want everyone who takes part in our work to feel comfortable and supported. From sharing what to expect at an event to providing detailed information about physical access to our places and spaces, we are working to improve access in our places and spaces. Read on for a general overview, but please get in touch if you have specific questions or requests.
There are detailed access guides for our public buildings and spaces available online here:
Access guides for our accommodation are provided directly to visitors.
Our work happens in multiple venues. Specific access information for each event or activity is provided on the event listing. See upcoming events here.
Please note that our office is only wheelchair accessible when Huntly Library is open. Feel free to give us a call in advance of your visit to check these times as they change regularly and outwith our control.
Our toilets are wheelchair accessible and gender inclusive. There are period and baby change products available.
Children and babies with their caregivers are very welcome at Deveron Projects, unless specifically stated otherwise. We have highchairs, changing tables and toys available to use.
We welcome companions, assistants, carers and service animals at our events, places and spaces. Please let us know if you need anything specific set up to enable you to attend with your supporting people/animals.
Although there are currently no measures in place in the UK for managing the spread of Covid-19 or flu-type illnesses, we ask you to be mindful of others and stay home if you have symptoms of covid-19, flu or any other bugs.
We welcome informal conversations about access and will hold any information you share with us about your needs with the utmost respect and care. If there is anything we can put in place to support you to join in, please get in touch with Jenny - jenny@deveron-projects.com / 01466 794494.
