The National: New project offers art on a plate

"The politics of food and hospitality are to be explored in an arts project served up by a forager and chef.

Kawther Luay is creating site-specific meals celebrating the local food histories and politics of the area around Huntly and in Aberdeenshire in a collaboration with artist Fionn Duffy who is making vessels out of riverbed clay to serve the food."
