Food Chain: Traditional German Sauerkraut
Join us for this digital cookery workshop to learn the technique of making sauerkraut from scratch. Until modern preservation methods had been developed, fermented cabbage was one of the most common ingredients in Germany, the Netherlands, and most parts of Eastern Europe. In this workshop, Claudia will show you how to make traditional German sauerkraut just out of two ingredients: cabbage and salt.
